Sewing Machine Issues

This week, I have not been able to use my Brother sewing machine at all. I called for support but I received no help. I tried to take it back to the store from which it was purchased, but it is passed the time alotted to do so. I am now at the point where I am going to have to take it into an official Brother dealer to get it serviced or changed out.
